Incidentally, I'm not sure how this got separated from the main 1TB fusion drive - I didn't realise there were two parts to it, I just assumed it was seamless as I never had specific access to the SSD part before. One of which I guess was the space I originally allocated for Bootcamp and the other being the SSD part of my fusion drive. I then booted into recovery mode thinking I could repair my OS, but my only option was to reinstall OS X and it would only let me install it one of the two 128 GB partitions. Once my computer eventually restarted the Apple logo appeared for a little while, a progress bar filled and then I got the no entry sign. That also failed, but while I I thought I had erased the Bootcamp partition, by all accounts I had erased the OS X boot partition. During the second attempt, when selecting where to install it, I thought it would be wise to erase the first partition created for Windows and try again on that. The Windows installation process began but then something went wrong and I had to restart it. I was trying to install Windows 10 using Bootcamp and I allocated around 128GB on which to install it - I did this using the Bootcamp wizard. My Fusion drive was configured as it would be out-of-the-box.
